Refund Policy

At Cavapoo Cottage, we are committed to transparency and fairness while prioritizing the health and welfare of our puppies. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing a deposit or completing a purchase.

1. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • A deposit secures your chosen puppy and removes them from availability.

  • Deposits may be transferred to another available puppy from Cavapoo Cottage if circumstances change, subject to availability.

2. Refunds Related to Health Guarantee

Refunds are only issued under the terms outlined in our Health Guarantee:

Initial Health Period (72 Hours)

  • If a licensed veterinarian confirms a life-threatening congenital or contagious condition within 72 hours of delivery, Cavapoo Cottage must be notified immediately.

  • Written veterinary documentation is required.

Remedy:
Cavapoo Cottage will offer:

  • A replacement puppy (when available), or

  • A refund of the purchase price (excluding deposit, shipping, and veterinary expenses).

3. Genetic Health Guarantee

  • If a serious hereditary or genetic condition is diagnosed within the guarantee period and confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian, Cavapoo Cottage may offer:

    • A replacement puppy of equal value, or

    • A partial or full refund, at our discretion.

Shipping, veterinary, and related expenses are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations by Buyer

  • If the buyer cancels after payment is made (for reasons not covered under the Health Guarantee), no refund will be issued.

  • This includes changes in personal circumstances, allergies, landlord restrictions, or inability to care for the puppy.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping and transportation fees are non-refundable once arrangements have been made.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, or third parties do not qualify for refunds.

6. Cancellations by Cavapoo Cottage

  • If Cavapoo Cottage must cancel the sale due to unforeseen circumstances (including health concerns of the puppy), the buyer will receive:

    • A full refund of all payments made, or

    • The option to transfer the payment to a future puppy.

7. No Returns or Exchanges

  • Puppies are living beings, not products.

  • Cavapoo Cottage does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds outside of the terms stated in this policy.

8. Agreement

By placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy from Cavapoo Cottage, the buyer acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this Refund Policy.
